Training and Development Administrator

Main Duties

  • Maintain and update training records and keep track of staff’s training status
  • Coordinate with other departments to schedule regular and recurrent training
  • Coordinate with external training providers on logistic / payment / enrolment arrangement
  • Assist to produce and update training manuals and notes
  • Handle both internal and external correspondence and enquiries
  • Provide logistic and administrative supports for office and classrooms facilities
  • Assist to develop training schedules in order to fulfil the authorities and the customers’ requirements
  • Assist to develop and source the soft skills / supervisory training programs applicable to the Company training needs
  • Assist to conduct training needs analysis and consolidate the training evaluation
  • Requirements

  • Post-secondary education
  • At least 2 years working experience, exposure in administration work is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • PC literate with MS Office, Acrobat and Chinese applications
  • Well-organized and good presentation skills
