Job leader in customer servicing, maintenance and repair for company products, mainly diesel engine and associated equipment and general workshop and in-house maintenance duties
Servicing work including installation and commissioning for products in the company’s scope of business, working in-house, at site and on board duties, etc.
both within and out of Hong Kong, and completion of the related documentation
Liaison work and meeting with customer as necessary, handling inquiry from customers
Reporting customer and market information and feed-back. Update of technical data, record and information
Organizing team work in servicing duties. Supervisory duties in team work and coaching of sub-ordinate team members
Control and improve of work in terms of work progress, efficiency, cost saving, safety, adherence to company policies and instructions and conduct of team members
Coordinating with related inter-departments and MTU organizations as required in job, assisting application work and technical advice in engine sales and projecting activities
Responsibility on the achievement of customer satisfaction, quality standards and work
Presentation of good company image and maintaining good customer relationship
Preparing servicing reports and completion of full set of standard servicing forms
Risk Assessment before starting work
On duty of emergency service call
Special assignment from time to time
Key Experiences and any Qualifications
Form 3 education with apprenticeship in mechanical fitting or related trades
Minimum 6 years working experience in diesel engine maintenance and repair
Sound technical knowledge in MTU engine servicing
Ability to write basic report and interpretation of service manual in English
Good inter-personal and leadership skill
Self-confident and initiative and ability to work independently
