Responsibility
Plan, develop and implement company’s ATL and BTL marketing communications campaigns and programmes to achieve business growth
Design and execute branding initiatives to enhance company’s brand image and effectively delivery their brand message to their respective distribution channels
Formulate strategies for company’s brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention
Collaborate with departments within the company for effective and timely campaign roll-out
Carry out market research and customer feedback to support product optimization
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Management or relevant disciplines
12-15 years’ of experience in Marketing / Branding / Business Management / Communications or other relevant experience
Banking / FI / Insurance industry experience is preferred
Candidates with experience or knowledge in MPF or Pension products has an added advantage
Candidates with app portal experience also has an added advantage
Good people management and leadership skills
