Owners Relationship Team is a dedicated team offers a wide range of services to horse owners who are the backbone of the racing industry, on both race days and non-race days.
The team is responsible to assist horse owners in all ownership matters throughout their horse ownership journey. In order to build a stronger bonding between the Club and Owners, better CRM and a number of relationship building events will be organized in a racing season to maximize optimal result.
You will :
assist to plan, coordinate and monitor the implementation of all online and offline marketing initiatives to support CRM objective
prepare marketing and promotional materials for owners events and liaise with service providers
provide onsite support for Owners events in Hong Kong and China and attend race day duties
assist to plan and execute owner services improvement plan for new racing season
identify service gaps and do benchmarking exercise against leading hospitality service providers
handle horse owners’ enquiries and work with other departments to tailor solutions for Owners
You should have :
a degree in Marketing & PR or hospitality disciplines
5 year or above working experience in VIP client servicing or marketing; Prior CRM experience will be a strong plus
sound customer service mind set, strong in building rapport and trust with customers and co-workers
excellent problem solving and communication skills
ability to work under pressure and multi-tasks handling
good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin in both verbal and written
proficiency in MS Office; good knowledge in Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage
flexibility in shift duty arrangements on weekends
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Ten-month temporary employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
