Handleday-to-day settlement on equities, fixed income and other types of instruments
Performcheck and control on processes including static data maintenance, customerposition update and pricing information update, and handle reconciliation ofGeneral Ledger accounts, preparation of transaction and miscellaneous reports,etc
Followup with brokers and custodians to clean up any unmatched / unsettledinstructions
Handlecustomer inquiries in an efficient manner
Reportany suspicious / outstanding transaction or incident to Team Manager,Department Head and other relevant parties for necessary action
Participatein user acceptance test for system enhancements
