The MSc Programs Office looks after a portfolio of specialized MSc programs at the HKUST Business School, including MSc in Finance, Financial Technology, Global Operations, Information Systems Management and International Management.
Students of the full-time programs are mainly fresh graduates from all over the world while students of the part-time programs are primarily working executives in various industries and functions in Asia, including the Greater China region.
coordination of student enrichment activities; student recruitment and admission activities support, and performing daily office administration works and other duties as assigned.
Applicants should either be a fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree, or have a Diploma with 2 years of full-time work experience, preferably in the education sector and program administration.
The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality; attention to details; strong ability to manage multi-task and meet deadlines, and have a problem-solving mindset.
He / She should be a good team player and also have the ability to work independently. The appointee should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and also good co-ordination skills.
He / She should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Occasionally working outside normal office hours, including weekends, public holidays and evenings, will be required. (Duration : 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
