Responsible for the maintenance and support of internal and external customers to ensure the Sales Organization runs effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives for the Belkin, Linksys, & WeMo divisions.
Additional responsibilities are surrounding account Order Management with an emphasis on Leadership within the department and organization.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities :
Order ManagementHelp enforce the processing of customer purchase orders and return requests (RMA’s) via all methods in support of department SOPsServe as the primay level of escalation either verbal or written in communication responses to inquires via email and over the phoneReinforce the distribution of daily / weekly / monthly reports that help maximize profitability and mitigate loss to include Open Order, Shipment, and Order Update reportsTake lead on projects and ac hoc tasks
Mastery of System ApplicationsOracle ERPHigh-Speed Order Entry (HSOE)Salesforce.com (SFDC)Business Objects (BO)Customer dedicated portals to include but not limited to : Tmall, JD
LeadershipMaintain and foster a positive work atmosphereManage and facilitate projects that drive efficiency and profitabilitySustained excellent working relationship with internal and external customersExcellent communication, follow-up, and follow-through skillsProvide secondary level assistance and guidance in the writing of department procedures (SOP’s)Assist in coaching and mentoring new hires while adhering to department guidelinesResponsible for providing constructive feedback on new hires back to department Supervisor and ManagerAssist department Supervisor or Manager when needed in all areas when requested
CollaborationPartner with the Planning Department to address discrepancies of customers orders against availabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement continuous improvement process to support business needs
House-KeepingAccountable for adhering to the organization and department procedures and guidelines, including maintaining a clean and safe work environmentResponsible for maintaining consistent work hours and excellent attendanceResponsible for managing personal time off (PTO) while in support of department and organization protocol
Education & Qualifications :
Minimum of 6 years’ experience working in a corporate office environment with order management, administration, customer service, and supply chain background
Experience in Microsoft Suite of Programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with advance knowledge in Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) including proper grammar and spelling
Exemplary customer service skills
Exceptional attendance record
Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) mandatory
