Technical Service Manager

One of the leading internet security solution provider which expands rapidly in the region, is now seeking a seasoned technical service manager to join their team in HK..


  • Lead and Liaise the cross functional business and technical teams to provide timely resolution
  • Manager solution deployments and client relationships
  • Provide strategic advisory and account management services to the clients
  • Create and deliver presentations, trainings and webinars
  • Being the contact point for the client
  • Record client’s processes, procedures, customizations and configuration
  • Prepare the SLA and ensure the service provided is compliant to it
  • Identify sales leads where appropriate
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder of related discipline
  • At least 4 years related experience
  • Solid experience on Network / Security
  • Professional certificates holder is preferred. eg. CCNA, CCNP, ITIL Manager, SANS GIAC, CCSP etc
  • Knowledge on Networking, TCP / IP, attack methodologies, tactics and protocols, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, physical and social engineering requirements and threat mitigation
  • Proven track record on account management is a must
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Good analytic and problem solving skills
  • Good in English and Mandarin
