The Role

Survey Programming

Rapidly code and test client survey requests in our platform

Manage specialized, third party survey programmers for complex surveys

Survey Project Management

Understand a client’s survey needs, help them select the appropriate offering, and manage a combination of internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of results within client timelines

Innovative Panel Recruitment

Build on traditional delivery methods to develop new strategies to quickly recruit a high number of respondents

Training and People Management

Develop and scale a team of high-performing Survey Associates

Strategic Planning

Own the formation and execution of the strategy to grow surveys in Asia, and work with Client Service teams to identify high potential client opportunities to pitch surveys

Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize, identify, and solve problems

Logical Reasoning

Capable of quickly programming complex survey drafts and advising clients on edits as needed

Requirements

2-4 years of work experience ideally in market research or consulting

Bachelor's degree, with strong academic credentials

Willingness to stay in or relocate to Hong Kong

Experience building and managing high performing teams

Experience with at least one survey coding platform (Qualtrics, Decipher, Confirmit, etc.)

Written and verbal fluency in English. Fluency in another Asian language is a plus (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, or Hindi)
