Diploma holder or above in Company Secretarial studies or related discipline

Student member of HKICS / ICSA or above; Finalist or Associate Member is an advantage

Minimum 2 years solid experience in company secretarial matters preferably gained in listed companies and / or professional firms

Good knowledge of Listing Rules, SFO reporting and other compliance regulation

Self-motivated, well-organized and able to handle full range of company secretarial work independently

Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)

Proficient in computer applications with Chinese Word Processing

Immediate available highly preferred

Duties :

Assist in handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial matter for the Group and its Hong Kong, P.R.C. and offshore subsidiaries to ensure compliance with the Listing Rules, applicable laws and regulations

Assist in handling statutory / regulatory compliance matters, filings and correspondences with relevant regulatory authorities and government departments

Assist in preparation of annual / interim reports, SFO filings,announcement, circulars, and ad hoc projects and assignments

Assist in organizing board meetings, committees meetings and general meetings

Perform ad-hoc corporate projects
