This role reports into the Asia Co-Head of Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion Advisory. The role supports the Talent Development function by managing business specific requests and advising on and running talent and diversity programs across Asia for the Technology, Operations and Firm Resilience functions.
Working within our existing Talent Development and Diversity & Inclusion framework, you will work with and influence key stakeholders including but not limited to Human Resources colleagues including team members in other regions, Division Heads / Ops Officers, and external partners.
Primary Responsibilities
Work closely with the regional team to face internal clients and facilitate training related discussions ranging from training need analysis to delivery of training programs
Support diversity initiatives by managing program specific to the Technology, Operations and Firm Resilience functions and partner with BU Diversity councils
Support discussions with, and manage implementation for, professional, management and leadership programs for Operations clients - partner with local HR leads and local TD leads
Manage training vendors - be involved in the process of identifying, empaneling and assessing trainers for programs
Deliver training programs (in a limited capacity) and facilitate train the trainer programs to enable BUs to deliver internal sessions
Liaise with global and regional teams to implement global and regional BU specific and Firm wide training initiatives within Asia for BU clients
Liaise with the regional, and support the local, diversity teams to organize diversity-related programs
Keep up to date with innovative talent practices and relevant policy and regulatory changes that impact the regio
