Manageand support a full spectrum of HR functionsand activities including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relation and administration support
Assist HR team to drive new initiatives and develop strategic planning accordance with the fast moving business nature and corporate goals
Initiate in annual C&B projects such as manpower cost budget, annual review and performance management
Handle end to the recruitment life cycle from sourcing, selection, conducting interviews until on-boarding
Formulate and implement policies and procedures which support the rapid growth and expansion of the organization
Prepare regular analysis reports to foster the achievements of KPIs and cost effectiveness
Job Requirements :
Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplinesHuman Resources or related disciplines
At least 3 years all round HR experienceis preferred.
Well-versed in employment ordinance, employeesâ compensation and other HR relatedregulations of HK and Mainland China
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of core employee recruiting processes that support an end-to-end recruiting lifecycle approach
Excellent strategic planning and analytical ability in all-rounded HR functions
Native or Fluent English required,Putonghua is an asset
Proficient in written English and Chinese
Strong in leadership,problem solving, interpersonalskills, proactive, able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and Chinese word processing
