Currently some of them are looking for high calibre - Head of Product Development & Management, specialize in Investment, Mortgage, Card, Loan, Deposit etc.

Your new role
To plan and launch different product strategies and oversee development strategy on unsecured lending (Card + P loan) / secured lending (Refinancing + Mortgage) / Deposit / Investment of the Bank
To optimise structure of products and seek for the highest profit
To coordinate and communicate with other functional units
To provide advice for establishing policies
To lead the division in 10-15 subordinates for continuously development
What you'll need to succeed
Familiar with the investment product, or Lending, Asset & Liability business (including unsecured loans or credit card, loan or mortgage business)
Good knowledge in the characteristics of the banking products and the main products in the market.
