Job Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of projects / initiatives of Post Trade Division in nominees and corporateactions
  • Provide input to the project plan, defect / change management processes, system integration, testing tools and processes
  • Analyze requirements, write test cases and create test data under supervision of the test supervisors
  • Assist in defining programme and project level test strategies, and plans to support the testing activities across releases
  • Conduct testing activities from quality assurance perspective, analyze and record test results, record defects
  • Collaborate with business users to align testing scope for operational readiness assurance
  • Ensure the proper manual and automated test cases / scripts / test infrastructures are in place through standardized tool
  • Analyze, document and communicate test results
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors
  • Job Requirements

  • University Degree, preferably in business, information technology or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years’ of relevant experience and sound knowledge in securities market practice; experience in corporate action and settlement will be highly preferred
  • Experience in usage of different testing and test management tools like JIRA and Confluence is an asset
  • Experience in agile project management cycle is preferred
  • Self-motivated with good written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conversant with MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint, proficiency in Macros and VBA is an advantage
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered as Officer
