Mon - Fri : 09 : 00 - 05 : 30 pm (No overtime work is essential.)

Duties :

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support including handling phone calls, managing reception area, serving clients, managing daily records filing & office maintenance.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments and administrative works
  • Outdoor work, such as bank or associate office visits, required occasionally
  • Requirements : -

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to handle general accounting is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • More experience will be considered as Senior post
  • Less experience is also welcome as Trainee
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Full CV in MS WORD + Photo (Optional)
