1. Sales Performance

  • Achieve annual sales target set by Sales Director
  • Negotiate sales with existing and new customers / accounts who are of strategic importance to the company
  • Increase listings of the Company's core brands in the trade
  • Monthly review sales performance vs sales target, active response with activation plans
  • 2. Trade Relationships

  • Establish and manage good relationships with key accounts and potential customers
  • Weekly update sales call schedule, activations, brand segmentation and brand survey
  • Evaluate the outlet coverage, call frequencies and cycles constantly and propose to the Sales Director any changes as necessary
  • 3. Market Intelligence

  • Monthly report the trade pricing and promotion activities in market, including competitors' activities - pricing, product, promotion and placing
  • Monitor brand performance and market trends to identify opportunities and risks
  • 4. Promotion Execution

  • Ensure promotions are executed and implemented efficiently and effectively within budget
  • Manage product portfolio and suggest listing in respective segment and outlets
  • Ensure realistic inventory level, right product placement and merchandising in the outlet
  • Ensure POS, visibility and merchandising are properly displayed in each outlet
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing Team and Brand Team for presentation to trade
  • Education

    College / University graduate major in Business or equivalent


    Fluent in English, Cantonese & Putonghua

    Professional experience & know how

    At least 5 years sales experiences

    Technical & management skills

  • Knowledge with spirits is a must
  • Excellent understanding of large luxury brand business

  • Wine knowledge is preferable (e.g. WSET qualification)
  • Some understanding of the wine & spirit / hospitality industry / entertainment industry
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Good networking, influencing, and communication skills with both Chinese and Western consumers
  • Good sense of marketing
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good contract negotiating skills
  • Good PC skills
  • Personal & interpersonal skills

  • Proactive and logical
