PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. for the Smoke-Free Products at electronic hub (eHUB).
You will lead electronic accessories projects from initial studies to full completion, utilizing and adhering to Project Management standard methodologies to ensure successful completion of projects / programs within the Product function.
Communicate with customers and partners (including steering committee), internal and external, on an ongoing basis to review project scope and provide status updates, coordinate / handle resources (complex projects) and plan, schedule and coordinate project tasks and results.
Maintain the relationship with external suppliers. Responsibilities
Serve as trusted advisor for senior management on project management issues. Ensure that projects fully meet PMI requirements and regulatory standards.
Utilize and adhere to Project Management standard methodologies
Train, direct, coach and motivate the Project Leader in order to share the experience and develop the team. Communicate regularly with the project team, and ensure project status reports and other project information are prepared and shared to keep the project team update on the project phase
Contribute to resolution of project related issues by analyzing, identifying and proposing solutions to achieve the project objectives, provide project status reports and other project information to project partners and senior management on a regular basis
anticipate and mobilize cross functional resources when required (procurement, legal, technology, finance, 3rd party suppliers and consultant, etc.)
Communicate and develop networking with management and partners (customers, suppliers) to facilitate efficiency in the project rolls out
provide accurate and properly scoped data to the successful completion of the project
