Our global team of finance professionals partner with the business to provide trusted insights and forward looking analysis;
accuracy; efficiency and control to frame and influence business decisions. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Stress Testing, Strategy and Policy .
Manage proposal of test design features such as assumptions and considerations for the Enterprise Wide Stress Testing.
Support or review of scenarios and macroeconomic factors provided such as by the Regulator and ensure that all required assumptions and external information is available to start the test.
Propose and deploy governance controls for Enterprise Wide Stress Testing.
Coordinate and conduct Review and Challenge activities on testing outputs and key findings.
Work closely with second Line of Review teams such as Independent Model Review to consolidate and prepare final reviewers messages for further Senior Management Reviews.
Support instruction definition including documentation templates, as well as coordinating activities when required. Manage test inventory and appetite proposals.
Prepare submissions to regulator.
Work closely with other teams within the Stress Testing function to ensure successful delivery of stress tests
Solid experience in risk or Finance professional in planning or forecasting activities for banks.
Clear understanding of Credit, Market, Traded and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book Risks as well as Basel requirements.
Good understanding of capital and financial statements.
Good communicator with excellent English levels both verbal and written.
Previous Stress Testing or plan delivery and review experience are preferred.
Cantonese is a plus, not a solid requirement.
