Responsibilities :

  • Provide quality and efficient counter services to the customers
  • Issues Job Sheets, Sales order and daily service counter transactions
  • Service center floor control
  • Cross-sell consumer products to customers
  • Provide administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisors
  • Requirements :
  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • 1-2 years customer service experience in consumer products / retail sales is preferable
  • Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
  • Good communication skill in Cantonese and fair in English / Mandarin
  • Good PC knowledge in Word Processing and Excel
  • Knowledge in electrical appliances / digital products is a plus
