Requirements :

Bachelor or higher Degree holder in Health Services Management, Health Administration, Public Health, Social Work or Healthcare-related discipline;

6 years' relevant post qualification experience with supervisory duties in primary health care is preferable;

A strong commitment and passion in improving population health and providing high-quality care to service users and patients;

Excellent track record in leading quality improvement projects and / or establishing productive working relationships with collaborators to deliver high-quality patient care;

Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills;

Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details;

Effective communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills; and

English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE or equivalent.

Job Duties :

To provide strategic oversight of Primary Health Care Core Services composing Medical Clinic, Chinese Medicine Clinics, Dental Clinics, Visiting Medical Practitioner Services, Community Health Centre, Cancer Survivorship Programme, Healthy Ageing Team, Allied Health Services, and other health-enhancing programmes;

To lead the primary health care team to deliver services that are consistent with current professional knowledge, evidence and regulatory standards, and to meet the expectations of healthcare users;

To develop strategic alliances and partnership opportunities, and strengthen multi-disciplinary collaboration with internal and external service units;

To secure positive change in an identified healthcare service through quality improvement projects; and

To champion service innovation and continuous learning of the Core Service.
