Job Highlights :
Security Operation Support, Shift duty required, 8 hrs rotate shift
Experience in Customer Service Field
QAS Cert, Call Centre
Major Duties & Responsibilities :
To perform daily operations at Control Room including alarm signals processing;
To provide high-quality support for both of internal parties & external customers;
To handle and resolve customers’ enquiries;
To record call orders and arrange technical support for maintenance & emergency service;
To provide customer service for security system signals;
Work closely with security operation team and give suitable responses.
Willing to work on shift duties (8 hrs per shift), including overnight shifts.
Basic Requirements :
Holder of valid QAS Certificate is preferable
Good command in English and Chinese
Experience in customer service / call centre is preferable
