The challenge is to :
Prepare clear learning objectives, define content, and identify the most effective learning activities
Assist learning materials modification / creation (e.g., video, eLearning etc.) to ensure a positive learning experience for all participating team members
Deliver training programs in a professional manner and ensure a smooth running of the training activities
Perform administrative duties and support the department on other ad hoc projects as assigned
Create supporting material / media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) for the digital learning platform
Do you have experience in Learning & Development?
University graduate with a degree preferably in Human Resources or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of training experience preferably in retail or servicing industry
Good understanding of retail operational details is an advantage
High learning agility, detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels and across functions, and
Effective planning and organizing skills
Proficiency in MS. Office (e.g., MS PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Experience on video editing tool (e.g., VSDC) / eLearning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate -Storyline) is preferred
Knowledge on digital learning production will be an advantage
