Responsibilities Learn and enforce GOATs authentication and quality control process Partner with facility leadership to ensure continued training of authentication team members Assist with the training of authentication team membersTrack authenticators training progress and results Compile training feedback and report back findings to authentication leadershipPerform product research and draft research summaries Perform other research and training duties as assigned Requirements Honest and Authentic2+ years experience of relevant experience in training, recruiting, or related fieldsStrong knowledge of the secondary market Excellent critical thinking and decision making Strong organizational and time management skills Detailed oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong written and oral communication Experience creating training materials is a plusGOAT is the global platform for the greatest products from the past, present and future.
