Support team lead in shaping the overall product vision and roadmap for API products for Consumer Banking business
Contribute to the product vision and delivery, including managing functional requirements, feature prioritization and product operations
Lead the execution of API delivery to the highest quality, meeting timeline, budget and align with product vision
Design, manage and deliver open banking customer journeys for concrete and scalable business results
Innovate new business model with stakeholders and other external parties to address business paint-point and create new value to customer
Leverage the Bank's API Technology to develop integrated and streamlined user experience with 3 rd party platform
Collaborate with internal and external for helping stakeholders understand API product benefits and define unique selling proposition
Define learning agenda and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the API adoption with partners and support vendor relationship management with partners
Conduct small experiments to assess market acceptance and iterate continuously to achieve the desired outcome
Ensure compliance to all security controls and integrity of the Bank, including but not limited to operational risk managements and regulatory requirements
Establish close relationships with regional team, innovation team and technology teams
Support post-implementation tasks such as user training to touch-points, production problem investigation, post implementation review and escalation
Support team head and API Product Manager in developing a strong and committed digital team dedicated to business growth
Strong understanding in Consumer Banking business and products
Experience in digital channel management, gathering business requirement, product development / e-commerce and initiatives
Preferable with exposure / experience in API banking space or Fintech integrations
Be highly aware of market trend, new technologies, new Fintech products and advisory technologies
Experience in working in Agile and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery methodologies
Creative thinking to generate new idea to deliver business value
Strong stakeholder management skills through effective communication, presentation and influencing
Solid problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions, with the ability to anticipate challenges
Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
Ability to use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve complex problems whilst adhering to timelines and quality of output
