Main Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with the daily administration of a varied portfolio of Trusts & Companies.
Liaise with clients and related agents with confidence, producing a variety of routine and bespoke correspondence.
Routinely checking trust and company accounts.
The successful candidate will initially have their own portfolio of the more simple structures but will also be expected to assist other members of staff, when required on more complicated and involved structures.
The portfolio can be developed over time and there are definitely career progression opportunities.
Undertake Annual Reviews of client files under the supervision of the Compliance Department and provide general assistance as required.
Knowledge and Experience Required
Experience in the offshore financial services sector, preferably in a trust environment with a basic understanding of trust and company law, further training will be given.
Enthusiastic and professional manner. Employees who have historically progressed well in these roles have been team players willing to accept responsibility and ownership of tasks given.
Relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA or desire and inclination to study towards a relevant qualifiacation.
As agreed with Director but typically 9am to 5.30pm, additional hours as necessary and in line with operational requirements
