Hang Seng’s Marketing function is responsible for formulating marketing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives to build the brand of Hang Seng Bank, strengthen customer loyalty and relationships, and provide professional marketing support to promote the Bank’s comprehensive suite of products and services.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Consumer Assets Marketing Manager.
Formulate marketing strategy to align with the Bank’s business goals and priorities, sustain the Bank’s leadership and explore new business opportunities
Plan and monitor marketing budget to ensure overall business objectives are achieved within allocated budget
Lead marketing teams by providing clear direction and guidance on planning, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns to support business objectives
Oversight the implementation of marketing plans and optimise campaign effectiveness in line with performance metrics and business feedbacks
Manage internal stakeholder and external agency relationships to ensure teams are working together to deliver cohesive outputs
Ensure the Bank’s operating model, structure, governance and controls are implemented
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
Over 10 years' retail banking experience with extensive exposure in credit card and personal lending, of which at least 5 years at managerial level
Proven track record in achieving aggressive business targets in highly competitive markets
Strong business acumen and sense of customer centricity, with good understanding of market developments, key trends and areas of innovation
Strong strategic and analytical thinking mindset
Excellent relationship building, communication and influential skills to work with senior executives, as well as internal and external stakeholders at different levels
Highly self-motivated and resilience
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
