Responsibilities :

To perform coding, software and system testing, debugging of applications

To help in performing application system analysis & design, and performance tuning

To conduct acceptance tests and assist in troubleshooting operation issues and incidents

To participate in business process design and re-engineering with a logistics system

Work directly with users to build trusted relationship and provide timely technical and functional support.

Work with development teams regarding long-term support issues and improvements; proactively find ways to improve the long-term stability of the platforms.

Take ownership of production issues and provide incident management.

Provide project management as necessary (capacity, performance, upgrades, reporting, documentation)

Requirements :

High diploma, degree or above in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or related discipline

3 to 8 years of production support experience in Retail industry, preferably with Appeal.

Good technical skills in AIX / Linux and Windows shell scripting and SQL.

Familiar with Oracle or MSSQL database, IIS / Apache web servers, Java / PHP programming, Windows and Linux operation systems

Good knowledge in Cognos preferable.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and be attentive to details.

A team player with good analytical, organizational and problem solving abilities

Good interpersonal skill, pleasant, positive personality and self-motivated.

Ability to work under a dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.

Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin.

Sounded business knowledge.

Working experience in application software development company is preferred
