Assist in day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services installations in residential building
Assist in managing A&A and fit-out works
Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors
Provide guidance, support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service and routine maintenance and emergency repairs
Assist in budget control
Degree / higher diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant experience in building services / property / facilities maintenance
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and mature, able to work in a diverse environment
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Be familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD, project management scheduling, etc.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Technical Officer
