Professional Development Program :

State Street Global Markets Professional Development Program (PDP) is a leadership rotational program for recent graduates interested in Financial Markets.

The program has several focus areas, sponsored by our global trading, research and functional teams. Each rotation is designed to provide key learning and growth opportunities along with a deeper understanding of State Street Global Markets various trading and financing groups.

State Street Global Markets is a leading provider of innovative, value-added solutions in financing, liquidity, and asset intelligence to address needs of investment professionals globally.

The program extends over 24 months and incorporates specific training, professional development, and 4 6-month rotational assignments across various functions.

Rotations are designed to provide hands-on experience in different trading, research and business roles to help program participants develop a comprehensive understanding State Street Global Markets and the overall Financial Markets' industry.

Participants are placed in our most meaningful and critical roles and will ultimately be placed in permanent roles upon program completion where the collective knowledge, skills and experience gained through the program can be applied.

Program Highlights :

An intensive State Street Global Markets orientation and training at our offices in Boston, London and Hong Kong which includes development and learning of State Street Global Markets and financial market's acumen, hard and soft-skills trainings, as well as case studies.

Multiple 6 month assignments designed to accelerate the development of critical Markets knowledge, skills, and experience.

Access to training courses on financial markets, sponsorship for CFA, and essential business skills will be provided
