THE ROLE

Reporting to the Regional General Manager APAC, this position oversees training programs in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, identifies and analyzes training needs, develops training and coaching strategies, manages all aspect of the training initiatives for sales teams and office team at all levels, in order to maximize engagement and performance, to meet and exceed organization yearly objectives both for retail and wholesale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Map out, develop and implement training programs including onboarding, selling skills, conversations, negotiations, creations, new launches and private jet customer service to maximize engagement, performance and yearly objectives.
  • Work with Retail & Wholesale Team to determine training needs, analyze competency gaps and to identify, build and implement training solutions,
  • Work with Retail & Wholesale Team to develop managerial talent and competency among sales teams
  • Deliver trainings in classroom, online & in-salon settings, establish clear goals for sales floor coaching flex facilitation for various types of delivery channels
  • Monitor overall quality of sales floor coaching delivery at salon level, provide side-by-side feedbacks to Boutique Managers / Supervisors
  • Execute knowledge-checks to validate learnings
  • Administer post-training surveys to evaluate effectiveness and deliver reports to management
  • Training calendar and budget planning and follow up
  • Ad hoc mission ; translation, edition and constitution of informative documents, events support, newsletter, forum, incentive program
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience in training facilitation or sales management in Luxury / hospitality / FMCG / Beauty or related retail sector
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed
  • Ability to evaluate training results, feedbacks and key performance indicators in order to identify potential areas of improvement
  • An upbeat, positive, open minded attitude, passionate in people and the luxury industry
  • Superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office
