Job Description :
Our client is a leading telecommunication company in Hong Kong. They are looking for Customer Services Officer to join their team.
Respond to customer calls and emails
Find out the required information using existing resources identify the priority issues
Follow up customer calls and needs where necessary
Mark down all call information according to standard operating procedures
Finish call logs
DSE / HKCEE, high school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge / experience of call center telephony and technology is an advantage
Good command in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
Shift duties will be required with compensation leave / shift allowance
Working Location : Kwun Tong
