1.Situation Management - Network related major incidentsand Critical Migrations.
2.SME level troubleshooting of complex network incidentsand faster recovery by applying technical fix.
3.Key engagement with external service providers, vendors,Advance TAC, regional and global network teams, security teams, widertechnology support team and management, application / business support.
4.Manage excellence in Incident / Problem / ChangeManagement of SCB Global WAN / LAN & Security Infrastructure
5.Manage High Critical Incident calls that involve complexmulti-component, multi-platform issues together with peer Infrastructure teamslike OS Platforms, Middleware, DB, and Application support
6.Ensureend-to-end root cause analysis and regular reporting for production issues iscarried out in a way that meets business and technology requirements
7.Supportsystem audits when asked and ensure all holes and vulnerabilities are closed inand the sign-off.
8.Recommendand manage relevant end-to-end service improvement initiatives to address riskmitigation and service stability.
9.Ensureaccurate and regularly updated information related to network physicalinventory, logical inventory, network diagram, network traffic flow, technicaltroubleshooting documents and operational process documents.
10.Demonstrates continuous effort for identifyingproblematic areas and providing permanent fixes.
11.Communicating and interacting with clients for providingexpert advice.
12.Assist in implementing Global Projects, owning theprocesses and documentation as required by individual Projects.
13.Provide technical direction for systems migration andintegration.
14.Meeting and exceeding defined service level metrics ontimeliness and accuracy.
15.Work as a global team to manage the operations ofmultiple customers with multiple shift operations.
16.Contribute to the development of short- and long-termstrategic network improvement goals Our Ideal Candidate
1.Masters / Graduate degree in a technical discipline withgood professional certifications.
2.Around 8 to 12 years of in-depth,hands-on working knowledge in Network WAN / LAN with Security technology andOperational experience in a ISP environment with BFSI industry or in a RIMprofile handling large enterprise Banking and Financial Services Industry experience.
3.Proven ability to manage diversestakeholder expectations.
4.SME level technical & analyticalskills, with experience in root cause analysis and network performance tuningis necessary.
5.Excellent oral / written communicationskills for articulating thoughts clearly with stakeholders ranging fromengineers to senior business management
6. Industry certifications CCIE level knowledgeis necessary. CCNP Equivalent is Mandatory.
