Our client, a Tier 1, international corporate and investment bank, is looking for an immediately available individual to join the Wealth Management APAC team for a 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle daily inquires from front office (e.g. securities or banking operations related matters)
  • Assist to ensure smooth day to day operations of the team.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments.
  • Assist to prepare and follow up the account closing documents
  • Monitoring late deal and report to management / compliance if necessary.
  • Perform checking of Disclosure of Interest report and demand for information from SFC.
  • Assist to prepare monthly / quarterly report for Management's review.
  • Handle HK stock IPO and Placement.
  • Handle foreign cheque settlement. Act as back up for other team if necessary.
  • Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day -to-day business activities, such as Control Plan.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
  • Bachelor’s level degree or professional qualification
  • Knowledge of banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Loan, Securities Settlement, Securities Transfer
  • Team player, diligent and adaptable to changing environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Good communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
