  • Monitor full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, staff relations, learning and development, and other key HR duties.
  • Analyze, identify and develop effective HR strategies, policies and operation systems to support the business needs in achieving corporate goals and visions;
  • Implement HR strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and welfare benefits, training and development, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations;
  • Provide HR advice and support to all team managers, understanding their operation and needs for manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention;
  • Formulate, execute and improve Human Resources procedures and policies, ensure that they are in line with corporate directions and business needs and ensure full compliance with local legislation and Corporate requirement.
  • Develop consistent and practical HR advice and solutions on HR issues.
  • Adopt optimal go-to-market recruitment strategies to recruit talent, using social media and innovative recruitment platforms to pro-actively reach the best qualified talent;
  • Drive the Performance management initiative to establish feedback mechanisms to measure effectiveness and success of respective functions;
  • Consolidate HR reports / analysis and work closely with Dept. Head to implement sound solutions for all rounded Human Resources functions.
  • Knowledge in PRC labor regulations, oversee and monitor full spectrum of Human Resources functions in mainland China.
  • Lead and participate other ad-hoc assignments to support the Company’s business goals.
  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above;
  • Preferably with at least 5-7 years hands on generalist experience (with 2 years in managerial level).
  • Hands on experience in PRC HR Management is a must.
  • Thorough knowledge in Employment Ordinance and practice; exposure in China Labour Law is definitely an advantage;
  • Logical thinking, high accuracy and a team player;
  • Committed, flexible and willing to shoulder additional responsibilities;
  • Tactful and with excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English and good spoken in Putonghua.
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Human Resource Manager
