Responsible for invoice processing and running payments (including 3rd party vendors and inter-company)
Follow up exceptional scenario with business department and vendor to ensure full compliance with company policy and timely payment
Review and process employee expense claims in the region to ensure compliance with internal Travel & Expense Policy
Liaise with vendors and performing vendor statement reconciliation and vendor master maintenance
Assist with the financial closing and prepare month-end reconciliations and schedules
Monitor Daily / Weekly cash flow and prepare cash reporting
Assist with any ad-hoc assignments and SAP / other system’s implementation
Handle general filing and administration work
Associate degree or higher with major in Accounting / Finance, candidate with AAT qualification will also be considered
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Mature, responsible and able to work under pressure
Good work attitude, well organized and highly systematic
Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
PC literacy, especially good knowledge of MS Excel
SAP knowledge is an definite advantage
