Duties :

  • Report to Supervisor
  • Provide excellent service to our customers in office counter or via phone.
  • Handle full reception duties
  • Handle sales orders and handling customers' enquiries & applications in a professional manner.
  • Perform general clerical work
  • Assist in organizing company events.
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments
  • Requirements :

  • Native Mandarin speaker will be a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office : Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. English & Chinese typing (preferably速成 / 倉頡)
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
  • Full CV in MS WORD + Photo (Optional)
