The Job

  • To handle routine / ad hoc maintenance and manage planned preventive maintenance work for chain retail stores and warehouses
  • To handle and coordinate emergency repair requests
  • To be responsible for the planning, sourcing, procurement, logistic management of supplies and building materials.
  • To handle tender documents independently and execute contract administration accordingly.
  • Support and assist the FM Director in the coordination of work between business units and external parties.
  • To interface with all relevant parties including contractors, landlords, government authorities and internal departments, to ensure works are executed according to business plan and pre-determined service level.
  • To issue and manage work orders through in-house systems
  • Provide administrative support and record maintenance
  • Perform emergency duty out of official working hour as required
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • The Person

  • Diploma holder in Property / Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years practical experience in providing maintenance services in Facility / Property Management
  • Experience in retail store operations is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with all levels
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • A detail minded, strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
