To handle routine / ad hoc maintenance and manage planned preventive maintenance work for chain retail stores and warehouses
To handle and coordinate emergency repair requests
To be responsible for the planning, sourcing, procurement, logistic management of supplies and building materials.
To handle tender documents independently and execute contract administration accordingly.
Support and assist the FM Director in the coordination of work between business units and external parties.
To interface with all relevant parties including contractors, landlords, government authorities and internal departments, to ensure works are executed according to business plan and pre-determined service level.
To issue and manage work orders through in-house systems
Provide administrative support and record maintenance
Perform emergency duty out of official working hour as required
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Diploma holder in Property / Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
3-5 years practical experience in providing maintenance services in Facility / Property Management
Experience in retail store operations is preferred
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with all levels
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
A detail minded, strong team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure
