Responsibilities :

  • Handle Inbound and outbound telephone enquiries for external customers, Direct Sales Force agents, intermediaries, brokers and other business partners and ensure all the problems are solved within services standards laid down
  • Handle written enquiries such as mail in, fax and email
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure all the cases received a re adequately investigated, follow through and settled up to customers’ satisfaction
  • Support any ad-hoc projects such as UAT testing,marketing campaign, product launch, operation process projects
  • Handle customer services for Life Operations relate tasks as assigned by the Department Head
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma or above; or with extensive years of relevant experience
  • Diploma in Insurance Studies is preferable
  • 3 years or above in customer service / call centre in life insurance industry
  • Good knowledge of life insurance products and related ordinance
  • Good knowledge of life insurance operations and policy administration rules and procedures
  • Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese typing and familiar with insurance system functions
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and written English, and well versed in Mandarin speaking
