Job Summary :
Designs and implements ERP, GTS and Azure cloud solutions based on business requirements. Support business operations configuration and Level 2 helpdesk incidents.
Principal Responsibilities :
Review business requirements and discuss with business team to align the various processes
Recommend best fit supply chain solutions on SAP ERP, GTS and Azure cloud technologies.
Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for supply chain solutions.
Configure and develop solutions and perform integrated testing before release to UAT
Adhere to methodology and documentation standards as outlined in the SDLC.
Provide deep support to Helpdesk team
Align to Helpdesk support response times guidelines and document the resolution for Helpdesk

Work Experience :
Minimum 3 years of supply chain solution experience in SAP ERP / GTS
Experience in Azure cloud application development and deployment
2 or more years experiences in Visio Studio, Power App development platform
Intermediate level in programming skill in ABAP and / or C#, Python and Java
Build Data pipelines to acquire, transform & load enterprise data.
Hands on experience with MS SQL, JSON, Data Lake, COSMOS DB, Data Factory
Building innovative data solutions with Azure Synapse, Analytics Services
Deployment experience in Agile, DevOps, GitHub
Web design knowledge in JavaScript, HTML5, MS SharePoint
Education and Certification(s) :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Professional certification in SAP ECC6 / GTS / S4 HANA
Microsoft Azure certified cloud developer
Trained in database query and analytics tools
Distinguishing Characteristics :
Defines, analyzes, and documents business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements, system interfaces for large-scale, program-sized projects.
May lead and coordinate team of BSAs and / or BAs. Company domain knowledge required in order to devise viable solutions in enterprise architecture.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
Interest in learning latest technology
