Our client is a leading fashion and apparel retailer and wholesaler, owing popular brands with business expansion in the region.
S / he will be responsible to establish various planning and strategies in terms of business expansion, sales performance maximization, market movement and trends, distribution, etc.
to extend brand images and business direction. Apart from this, building and maintaining business partners' relationship is critical part of the role.
Formulate various business strategies to expand the distribution networks and plans
Monitor closely the sales performance of various channels and individual dealers as well as analysing the sales data for devising improvement and development plans
Analyze the market trends and activites as well as keep eyes on the movement of consumer behavious
Develop sales forecast and planning in line with business direction and objectives
Provide value input on various aspects, including product development, pricing, inventory planning, etc.
Manage sales team to achieve targets, including coaching, training and development, etc.
Requirement : :
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Studies or related discipline
6+ years relevant experience gained in FMCG, Fashion & Apparel or Cosmetic industry with retail and wholesale exposure is definitely an advantage
Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
