Form 7 or above with 3 5 years customer service experience
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Strong customer services skills, detail-minded, creativity and problem solving skills
Good communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
Assist Customer Service Manager on daily operation including handle and resolve complaints, supervise operation teams, streamline operation flow and prepare reports, etc.
Maintain a good relationship with internal & external parties
To maintain operational efficiency and team effectiveness
To ensure departmental KPIs are met and the team can handle daily client enquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner
