Leads and mentors a team of 15 e m p lo y e es and vendors re s pon s i b l e f or the physical security of branches, offices and other facilities in Hong Kong and Macau .

On a ro u t ine ba s i s , m o ni t ors s e c uri t y personnel and security system p e r f o r m an c e t o en s u re all s e c uri t y, safety and compliance r e quire m e n t s are m e t .

Devises local p oli c y f or a cc e s s c on t rol, CCTV surveillance and alarm monitoring in alignment with global standards.

M a n a ges security a nd s a f e t y incidents, follow-up investigation and reporting to all stakeholders . Conducts local risk assessments, makes recommendations on physical security measures and implements them in accordance with account standards.

Ensures security training, certification, tests & drills are maintained. Keeps s e n i or le v el m a na g e m en t informed on key issues, risks and incidents .

As Country level operational Head of Security is the key point of contact and will manage all stakeholders through excellent communication and account management skills.

O v er s e e s t he monitoring and c on t r o l of a c c e s s t o b u i l d i n gs by all staff and visitors. Oversees t he m o n i t oring o f critical b u i l d i ng ope r a t i o ns, t ours of pr o per t i e s and VIP visits .

Manages and reports on the performance of all security guarding, close protection and security system maintenance vendors.

Reviews performance reviews of staff. Assists in performance / behavior related meetings regarding security staff
