Handle customer inquiries and follow up orders independently
Closely monitor order status to facilitate on-time delivery
Handle sourcing, product development and production follow up
Follow customers’ required processes and standards to ensure on time approvals
Prepare cost sheet, sales confirmation, purchase orders and timing and action schedule
Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of order
Schedule and prepare for meetings with buyers
Degree or Post-Secondary Holder
Relevant experience is a plus (preferably in toys industry)
Well organized, detail oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Some travel necessary
