Job Purpose :
Responsible for formulating and execution of IT strategy of company and coordinate with DSFH Group IT.
Supervise and provide guidance to teammates.
Coordinate with software vendors to ensure the quality of their services and products.
Main Responsibilities :
Formulate and execute IT strategy of the company according to company business direction of company and policy of the group.
Participates in projects and provide IT support and advice.
Ensure compliance with related IT policy of the group and the company.
Participates in analysis of business problems, develops and implements new programs, systems and databases of moderate complexity;
codes, tests, and debugs programs; prepare program specification and documentation.
Ensure efficient and effective development methodologies, protocols and standards and practice and followed properly.
Provide technical support to business users and assists them as required to resolve problems and coordinate systems implementation.
Coordinate user support, training and cross team knowledge transfer where appropriate.
Incumbent Requirement :
University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 10 years relevant experience in Insurance IT and project management.
Relevant experience in General Insurance application system.
Good analytical, problem solving and organizing skills.
Good leader and team player, strong writing and communicate skills.
