Duties :

  • Perform general reception duties at reception area
  • Handle phone calls, in / out mails / fax and couriers arrangement
  • Responsible for room reservation & manage tidiness of the receptionmeeting room and pantry area;
  • Supervise office assistant for daily routines;
  • Handle general administrative duties including office supplies, repair and maintenance, procurement, office renovation, travel arrangement, hotel and ticket booking etc.
  • Assist in organizing company activities and ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma / F. 7 or above
  • 3 years relevant working experience in reception and administration;
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Cheerful, presentable, and good telephone manner
  • Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Immediate available is preferable
  • Full CV in MS WORD + Photo (Optional)
