Prepare quotations and response for rate enquiries (overseas or local customers) for Sales when necessary
Act as a key customer contact for pricing and coordinate with Air / Ocean Freight dept. for scheduling and shipping if need.
Provide service information to customers
As the back up to take care of all customer related matters during the absence of outside sales / tradelane manager (leave / business trip / sick)
Assist Air / Ocean Freight dept. to smoothen the operation if needed
Experience & Accountabilities
University graduated or above
Minimum 3 years working experience in logistics industry with operation background, among which at least 1 year experience in Sales Administration / Key Account
Knowledge of International Trade, Transportation and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
