Duties :

  • Report to the Manager
  • Handle customers’ enquires
  • Daily email communication
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide general clerical and administrative duties
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma or above
  • 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • Fresh graduate with Degree Holder is also welcome
  • Good command of Englsih, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Good communication skills is essential
  • Good PC knowledge of MS office
  • Immediate availability is preferable
  • Full CV in MS WORD + Photo (Optional)
