Job Description
We are retained by one of our clients, world’s leading luxury Group, to recruit a Regional Talent development Manager to join their Hong Kong office.
Based in Hong Kong, the Regional Talent Development Manager will be in charge of Talent Development, Career Management and Organization Development for North Asia (Taiwan, Hong Kong and Korea).
He / She will also be in charge of cascading all talent development actions within the region.
You will report o perationally to the Regional HR Director.
General missions :
1. Talent Development
2. Career Management
3. Organization Development
4. Talent Acquisition
Campus Management : set up part internships with schools (in order to reach our localisation targets)
5. Project Management
Support all the annual key HR processes
Profile and experience :
7 years+ HR related experiences in sizeable MNC ideally within the learning and development function
