One of the high-tech companies is looking for Regional / Global HRBP in support of their aggressive business expansion across the regions.

  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Working closely with the Head of Business to provide support on full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, organization structuring, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, talent development etc.
  • Partner with senior management to provide people advisory in order to achieve business objectives
  • Drive cultural integration and employee engagement campaign to enhance staff morale & retention
  • Work with COE and shared services team to ensure business objectives are met
  • Assist any ad-hoc HR projects
  • Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years HR working experience in MNC
  • Enjoy working closely with the business and able to push back when needed on business request
  • Able to work under a highly matrix and complex organization
  • Highly agile and able to work under an ever changing environment
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be compulsory
