Key Responsibilities :
Working closely with the Head of Business to provide support on full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, organization structuring, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, talent development etc.
Partner with senior management to provide people advisory in order to achieve business objectives
Drive cultural integration and employee engagement campaign to enhance staff morale & retention
Work with COE and shared services team to ensure business objectives are met
Assist any ad-hoc HR projects
Key Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years HR working experience in MNC
Enjoy working closely with the business and able to push back when needed on business request
Able to work under a highly matrix and complex organization
Highly agile and able to work under an ever changing environment
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be compulsory
