  • Assist in identifying training needs and developing training plans to help establish the values and culture of the organization
  • Assist in formulating and developing learning and development strategies to meet corporate goals
  • Assist in developing online training strategy to foster a supportive learning culture
  • Able to design, develop and deliver quality training programs independently
  • Evaluate the course effectiveness and take follow-up actions in order to achieve the objectives of program
  • Provide logistics and administrative support, including training course enrolment, training venue set up and training schedule arrangement etc
  • Responsible for training database update and maintenance
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in learning and development function
  • Experience ine-learningproject would be an advantage
  • Can-do attitude, mature, organized and detail-minded person
  • Proactive, creative and energetic and passionate in training & sharing knowledge with others
  • Able to cope with fast-growing and dynamics environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills
  • Proficient user in MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Learning & Development Officer
